وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ
وَإِلَى اللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ الْأُمُورُ
And to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth.
And all matters go back (for decision) to Allah.
This verse brought such comfort to my heart today!

For our lives are in His hands...
We pray and ask Allah for something that we desire to happen, but at the end of the day, that's not what we get. Don't be sad for Allah knows what is good for us. He definitely has better plans.
